Should I stay or should I go?

This one is dedicated to all my regional pilot brethren! The eternal debate; should I leave my regional airline for an Ultra Low Cost Carrier or should I stay and wait to be picked up by a major airline? I’ll share with you my thoughts. Also, I share my advice on how to stay proficient in General Aviation as an airline pilot and more gee wizz facts!
